FULL-TIME POSITIONS

RETAIL TRAINEE - STORE OPERATIONS DIVISION

The Job:
You will work together with other operation staff looking after a team of cashiers and customer service personnel. You will perform customer service, book jacketing, gift wrapping services and handle cash transactions confidently. You will also manage day to day operations to ensure the smooth running of the store.

Pre-requisites:
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Passion for frontline customer service
• Able to take initiative and possess strong leadership skills
• Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts (include weekends and public holidays)

Position is open to Singaporeans and PRs.
