Fans, supporters, art lovers and art students alike were in for a great time as we met up with renowned Japanese psychedelic visual master Keiichi Tanaami and founder of WERK magazine Theseus Chan at our Design and the Arts section at our Singapore Main Store on 19th August!

Besides having the opportunity to look at a display of Tanaami’s creations and his latest publication effort WERK No. 18, all of us had a most insightful and intimate session with the two artists cum designers as they shared with us on what goes on behind their works and their lives.

The excitement and adrenaline evoked in meeting up with these artists just could not be contained and fans grabbed this rare opportunity to ask the artists many burning questions they had in mind in relation to their artworks, including some questions on their personal lives.

The sharing was most personal and precious to all, as we took a dive into the lives of these artists in the memorable ninety minutes we shared together.

It looks like memories of the afternoon will continue to linger on in many of our minds and we certainly hope that more of you will grab the opportunity to view the special on-going display at the Design and the Arts section, Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store, now till 19th September only!
