He is the founder and president of the Possibility Studies Network (PSN). His work focuses on creativity, imagination, culture, collaboration, wonder, possibility, and societal challenges. He edited the \u003ci\u003ePalgrave Handbook of Creativity and Culture\u003c\/i\u003e (2016) and the \u003ci\u003eOxford Creativity Reader\u003c\/i\u003e (2018), co-edited the \u003ci\u003eCambridge Handbook of Creativity Across Domains\u003c\/i\u003e (2017) and the \u003ci\u003eOxford Handbook of Imagination and Culture\u003c\/i\u003e (2017), authored \u003ci\u003eThe Possible: A Sociocultural Theory\u003c\/i\u003e (Oxford University Press, 2020), \u003ci\u003eCreativity: A Very Short Introduction\u003c\/i\u003e (Oxford University Press, 2021),  and \u003ci\u003eWonder: The Extraordinary Power of an Ordinary Experience\u003c\/i\u003e (Bloomsbury, 2020), and authoredor co-authored more than 200 articles and book chapters in these areas. Dr. Glaveanu co-edits the book series Palgrave Studies in Creativity and Culture with Palgrave and the Cambridge Series on Possibility Studies with Cambridge University Press. He is editor of \u003ci\u003eEurope's Journal of Psychology\u003c\/i\u003e (EJOP), an open-access peer-reviewed journal published by PsychOpen (Germany) as well as \u003ci\u003ePossibility Studies and Society\u003c\/i\u003e, launched by Sage in 2022.
