Perspectives for Thin Films and Coatings Yujun Song is a professor in School of Mathematics and Physics at USTB in Beijing, China, focusing in surface and interface controlled fabrication of nanohybrid thin films and their applications in magneto-optical effects and biosensing using template-assisted physical vapour deposition process or self-assemble of nanomaterials. Having obtained his Ph. D degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, he spent 5 years working for Louisiana State University in nano and microfabrication and their application in bio-nanotechnology, 2 years working for Old Dominion University in localized surface plasmon resonance of noble metal arrayed thin films and their application as single nanoparticle biosensors, 7 years working for Beihang University in template-assisted growth process of nanostructural thin films and microfluidic synthesis of nanoparticles. He also spent one year working at University of Toronto as a visiting professor in semiconductor nanowires, before taking up his present appointment at USTB. Professor Song has authored over 70 scientific publications (including one book editor, authors for 8 book chapters, 2 review articles) and issued 21 invention patents.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Wiley-VCH","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":48319608586475,"sku":"00000_00000_00000_00000","price":872.87,"currency_code":"SGD","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/kinokuniya.com.sg\/zh\/products\/9783527344970","provider":"Books Kinokuniya Singapore","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
