Spatial and Religious Transformations in the Late Antique Polis : A multi-disciplinary analysis with a case-study of the city of Gerasa

Using Gerasa and Dura Europos as case studies this book analyses changes in spatial patterns in the Late Antique polis. It seeks to determine how much spatial change should be linked to religious change, as opposed, say to the decline of civic administration or economic change.
