The good news is that we don't always have to be right or be the star that shines the brightest.

Jesus calls leaders to be lifelong learners and servants. When you change your view of success, the pressures to know it all, have it all, and be it all lose their power over you. You are then free to let go of the need to be right and fulfil your calling in God.
