Rosen presents students, academics, researchers, and practitioners with an exploration of death and rebirth from alchemical, psychological, and philosophical perspectives. The author has organized the bulk of his text into seven chapters, investigating identity and death, consciousness, alchemy and topology, and the first, second, third, and final stages of alchemical conjunction. Throughout the book, the author uses paradox, mathematics, and the dialectic of ego and self to drive his investigations. Steven M.
