The Quarry

In the summer of 1990 Alan and Jo Perry decide to go and live permanently in their French country farmhouse. It is situated in the small hamlet of Laronne, 20 kilometres south of the medieval town of Beaune. Alan speaks fluent French; Jo none at all. Most of the neighbours are friendly and helpful, but no one is prepared for a monumental accident, which totally wrecks their lives.
