Notes on Loss

Worlds of experience are lost in silence, but it doesn’t have to be that way.  Our lives are a story about what we have gained and lost and how we deal with mortality.  Most of us internalise loss and suffer in silence, when the catharsis of articulating our feelings might help us and point the way for others to follow.
