This Land Is Your Land, This Land Is My Land : The Property Rights Movement and Regulatory Takings

Worsham (political science, West Virginia U.) and Olivetti (a graduate student of Worsham's whose dissertation was on the property rights movement) have written a short, pithy study tracing the history of the property rights movement. The movement's formation in opposition to land appropriation according to environmental rules, the makeup of the movement's constituents, and their shifting strategies in court and the legislative branch are the main topics.
