This book, the second volume of the book Advanced Information-Measuring Technologies and Systems, is a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Department of Information-Measuring Technologies of the National Technical University of Ukraine Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and the General Energy Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
