§15§In einer RtH-1-incompatiblen Ratteninzuchtstammkombination (Brown Norway LEWIS) wurden Dlinndarmtransplantationen unter Verwen dung der Bypass-Technik vorgenommen. 5, 10 und 12 Tage p.op. wur de histologisch der transplantierte Darm untersucht. Dabei zeig te sich eine am 5. Tag liberwiegend granulocytare, am 10. und 12. Tag dann zunehmend lymphocytar-plasmacellulare Zellinfiltration. Der Dlinndarm selbst wies eine zunehmende Stauung der LymphgefaBe, eine odemat6se Durchtrankung des Stromas sowie einen Verlust des Dlinndarm-spezifischen Epithels auf. Summary In a RtH-1-incompatible in-bred rat strain combination (Brown Norway-+ LEWIS), small intestinal transplantations were carried out using the bypass technique. 5, 10 and 12 days after grafting, the transplanted intestines were histologically examined. On the 5th day primarily granulocyte cell infiltration was found. On day 10 and 12 there was an increase of lymphocyte plasma cellular infiltration. The small intestine showed incre §15§asing congestion of the lymphatic vessels, an edematous saturation of the stroma as well as loss of the small intestinal-specific epithelial layer. Literatur 1.
