First, neurosurgical standards ofdiagnosis and treatment are viewed from several points ofview, including the legal one. Second, the many aspects ofaneurysm surgery are dealt with: timing and grading,monitoring during the operation, postoperative vasospasm,Doppler sonography and new research in subarachnoidhemorrhage.
