This work presents an English translation, opposite the original Dutch text, of the new law on companies and other legal persons contained in Book 2 of the 2004 Netherlands Antilles Civil Code, and includes a translation of the transitional regulations enacted following the introduction of this new legislation. The book will be used by non- Dutch speaking residents of the Netherlands Antilles, practitioners advising on Netherlands Antilles law, and those interested in the regulation of company and corporate law.
