Part of a series of "Oxford Handbooks", this work provides an overview of law and legal scholarship at the dawn of the 21st century. Focussing mainly on scholarship in the English language and taking an international approach, it offers interpretative accounts of the nature, themes and preoccupations of research and writing about law.
