Critical Ethnographic Perspectives on Medical Travel (Critical Approaches to Health)

By taking an ethnographic approach to medical travel, this important book uses critical perspectives to understand inequalities in healthcare access and delivery, including gender, class and ethnicity, and explore how these are negotiated.
