Microelectronics Education

This volume contains the contributions presented at the 2nd European Workshop on Microelectronics Education. They give an overview of current initiatives in Europe, and beyond, on innovation in microelectronics and microsystems teaching. The book details the desired focus of curriculum content as viewed by the major industrial players, describes innovative methods in teaching, lists several multi-media initiatives in distance learning and virtual laboratories and virtual campus environments.
