To Live in the Center of the Moment : Literary Autobiographies of Aging (Age Studies)

This text examines the recent emergence of considerable numbers of autobiographies written by elderly or middle-aged people. By using selected narratives, it demonstrates how these autobiographies challenge negative cultural associations with old age.
