The Morocco-US Free Trade Agreement (FTA) came into force in January 2006. In this report, experts from Morocco and the US assess the first three years of the Morocco-US FTA in five key sectors: agriculture, aviation, intellectual property, services, and textiles. For each sector, achievements and challenges are identified, and reforms are recommended for implementing the Morocco-US FTA and for boosting the Moroccan economy, drawing on lessons from two other US FTA partners, Chile and Jordan.
