Cultivating Growth Mindset as a Leadership Catalyst : A Practical Capacity-Building Learning Ecosystem for Accelerating Leadership and Advancing Practice (Elements in Leadership)

Leadership is a dynamic process of learning, relearning, and applying that knowledge to better serve the community, workforce, and individuals with whom human services and child welfare organizations practice. The current political, fiscal, and social justice landscape requires leaders to transform bureaucratic organizations into learning environments. A people-first pioneering neuroscience-informed immersive leadership capacity-building model, implemented through executive capacity-building coaches, is proving to make a significant difference in how leaders and teams show up in their workplace. The model is utilized for both practice and leadership capacity-building in organizations.
