Being Fair, Faring Better : Promoting Equality of Opportunity for Marginalized Roma (Directions in Development)

In Central and Eastern European countries, inequalities for Roma families living in marginalized communities are deep, and continue troughout their lives. Yet mainstreaming Roma into European society would not only be fair, but also a smart economic choice, given the overall ageing population.
