Despite pleas from her mother, the upper-middle-class teenager Kapri James is addicted to "slumming" and living the fast life with hardcore criminal Nolan White, known citywide as a shooter, acting as a hood Bonnie to his gangster Clyde, and together often causing the streets to run red.
