Many years ago, as I knelt in front of my Master, I received the direct instruction to teach and offer what I had understood so that all beings could benefit. In 2010, to continue with this instruction I began sharing these teachings on Facebook. Here then, is a collection of those teachings for daily reflection to support everyone on their own Dhamma Path.
