Statuti di Sassari : Edizione critica a fronte dei testi logudorese e latino (Beihefte zur Zeitschrift für romanische Philologie)

This volume presents, for the first time, the edition of an early codification of norms in the Logudorese vernacular, a text important for the understanding of medieval Sardinia. It provides a parallel presentation of its two versions, in Sardinian and Latin, together with a detailed description of all text witnesses, a study of the language including glossary and name index, as well as an appendix with essays setting out the work's historical context.
