"The Boy Allies with the Victorious Fleets" follows the adventures of Jack Templeton and Frank Chadwick, two young officers in the British navy during World War I. Alongside Frank, his first officer and close friend, Jack successfully navigates the ship through the Irish Sea, escorting transports and engaging in anti-submarine operations. The story then shifts focus as the duo is reassigned to the H.M.S. Brigadier, a British destroyer, with orders to deliver important dispatches to the United States. However, their mission is abruptly altered when they receive orders to return to Dover. Upon their return, they learn from Lord Hastings, their former commander, about a daring plan to block the harbors of Ostend and Zeebrugge, a strategic move aimed at crippling German naval operations.
