Exchange & Refund Policies

1. 1.    Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of tax receipt in saleable condition. You have to provide our staff with tax receipt.
2. 2.    All exchanges will be processed only at Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store, Customer Service Counter.
3. 3.    Pictorial Book(s) can only be exchanged for the same title(s).
4. 4.    We regret that no refund will be made.
