Shophouses in Singapore were built as early as the 1800s. Nestled amidst our developed city’s landscape, they stand out as remnants of an era past. Today, Singapore shophouses are carefully preserved because they are unique architectural icons that reflect our history.
We painstakingly created our Singapore Heritage Shophouse Models to resemble the real-life buildings, down to the intricate panel carvings and five foot way. When displayed with the characters from our collection of Singapore Heritage figurines, they form a nostalgic scene of yesteryear Singapore.
The ground floor of the shophouse features an empty shop, specially designed to fit either the Tailor or Clog Maker. The upper room can accommodate other figurines as well. LED lights have also been fitted to light up the interior.
Two shophouse designs are available – yellow and white – each with different details. This white shophouse features a facade panel with an intricate flower motif. View alternate shophouse design in yellow.
If two or more shophouse models are displayed together, they can be combined seamlessly to form a realistic row of buildings.
