The Linguistic Concept of Relativity (In Russian - Relyativistskaya Kontseptsiya Yazyka)

This publication contains a description of the newest linguistic concept of relativity. It includes thesis on relativity of various processes involving human language and thesis on limited understanding between people. Relationship between the concept of relativity and many fields of human activities is shown in the Appendix. The publication presents examples of language standardization, scientific debates, judicial contests, awarding prizes in literature, and translation of prose and poetry.
