After receiving a call from a frantic mother whose daughter has been kidnapped and brought to a cult, the Fourth Dimension, by her ex-husband, Charlie Dodge, upon learning that the cult is using young girls to breed a race of people with supernatural powers, goes to West Virginia with his assistant to infiltrate the cult, destroy it, and rescue the daughter.
