Aisling

The story unfolds in the early1920's,set in Connemara, a unique region in the West of Ireland. Boy meets girl there and they meet again in New York City years later. Young people emigrated from the area at that time to various countries but mostly to the USA. Many settled in their adopted countries but this young couple returned home and married in a church very near to where they first met. Aisling was born and grew up there, spending her teenage years in boarding school. After that she joined her father in New York City where she met with many tragedies.
