Europäisches Strafrecht : Grundlagen und Grenzen transnationaler Bekämpfung von Kriminalität im europäischen Rechtsraum (Ius Communitatis)

In light of the challenges posed by transnational criminality, this volume presents Europe as a (criminal) judicial area in which four Europeanization factors have been established in relation to criminal law, limited by basic EU rights and the ECHR. It discusses the Europeanization of criminal law and criminal procedure law, legal aid and EU institutions, EU criminal policy and Brexit. One focus is on economic and environmental criminal law.
