Broken Volume 1 displays modern American poetry at its pinnacle. The author takes the reader through a twisted and inverted reality by using varying poetic forms from structured poetry to free verse. The author's flair, witticisms and obvious love affair with the English language seep through every drop of ink and every line break. Through his struggles in daily life, with the help of God, he wants others to find hope in his words when all seems lost or dead.
