Women Nutrition in Developing Countries : A Mixed Method Approach

This book explores the historical perspective of food security, women’s access to food, malnutrition and obesity among women, and household food security to present an analysis of women’s nutrition in developing countries. It also includes a chapter detailing the history of slums – based on the narratives of the key informants. This chapter focuses on the interlink ages between the household food security variables and their temporal relationship with the nutritional status of women in slums of Ghaziabad.
