Mini Form of Contract for Home Improvement Agencies -- Paperback

This form is intended for minor works at values of GBP20,000 or less (at 2011 prices) and in duration no longer than 12 weeks described by drawings and/or a Specification/Schedule of Works but not using a bill of quantities. It should not be used for more complex works or when the Contractor is to design the works. A Letter of Invitation and Form of Tender are included for optional use in Appendix 6.
