Witches, monsters, ghosts, and ghouls have come from far and wide, to have their hair made horrid and their faces uglified, because tonight is HALLOWEEN (October thirty-first), so all of them must do their best to look their very worst! A rollicking, rhyming text that tells the story of the Ugly Salon owned by Uglymug, who must do his best to make everyone look their worst for Halloween.
