Jade and Muriel Chen, mother and daughter duo, have been working together in their restaurants for decades. Jade, home cook turned restaurateur, started cooking when she was 13. For six decades, she has dedicated her life to cooking for her family and has been the matriarch of the restaurant Blue Eye Dragon for the last 20 years. 

Muriel, trained by Jade, has put together her most beloved Jade recipes into this book The Taiwanese Table - Food from the Isle of Formosa.
