§01§Daniel Müller studied Slavistics and East European History at the University of Bochum. He works as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Slavic Linguistics at the Justus Liebig University Giessen. He has published and edited on the theory of standard languages and various topics in Slavic sociolinguistics.§§Monika Wingender is full professor of Slavic Linguistics and managing director of the Giessen Center for Eastern European Studies (GiZo) at the Justus Liebig University Giessen.
