The first comic under the new structure with a figure is the special edition that the world has been waiting for!
Under the supervision of Studio Gaga, MAX FACTORY has sculpted a bust figure of Guts wearing the armour of the Mad Warrior, the world-famous PUP Guts!
The figure is based on the image of Guts as a crazed warrior and is sculpted with all his might! The "Ki" (Odo) effect is reproduced with clear parts!
You can get a figure of the Mad Warrior in a table-top size!

It was a fascinating job, and we wanted the product.
The three of us, together with the planner and director, worried about the tight schedule, and while exchanging ideas daily, we managed to shape the image!
We hope you will be as pleased with the bust as we were with the PUP Mad Warrior's armour!
Colour finisher: Asuka Marunouchi
This is the third time I have painted the Madman's armour, including figma and PUP.
For the "odo" effect parts, I paid the most attention not only to the colouring but also to the transparency of the effect.
The sword and cloak were painted in a good way so that the effect switches to the sword and mantle in the middle of the figure, so please pay attention to that part as well!

それは魅力的な仕事で尚且つその商品が欲しい。
タイトなスケジュールのなか企画担当・ディレクター交えて3人で悩みつつ毎日意見を出しながら、なんとかイメージを形にする事ができました！
PUP狂戦士の甲冑に引き続き胸像も喜んで頂けたら嬉しいです！
●彩色フィニッシャー：丸ノ内あすか
狂戦士の甲冑を塗るのはfigma・PUPを含めて3度目になります。
“気”（オド）エフェクト部分は色味だけでなく、透け感に一番こだわりました。
剣やマントは途中からエフェクトに切り替わる演出がいい具合に塗れたので、その辺りにも注目してほしいです！
